This luxurious threebedroom townhome is located minutes away from Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake. It is seconds away from major highways and an hour away from Toronto. Across the street from beautiful canal parkway that has 32 kms of multi-use trails for biking, walking or rollerblading. There is a childrens’ play area at the canal and a museum.

It includes three bedroom and three bathrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite and looks out to a small forest beyond which is the shimmering water. It comfortably sleeps five.

The master bedroom window looks out to a wooded lot beyond which is the canal. Sleeping with the window open, you will awaken to the sound of birds chirping, fresh air wafting into the room and the sun reflecting off the water into the room. The master bedroom includes a walk in closet and an ensuite with a soaker tub and a separate shower.

It is about 7 minutes from the Falls and about 20 minutes to old town Niagara on the Lake and the Shaw Festival.

We moved into this house in 2006 and love the neighbourhood and location. My wife and I have two children aged 7 and 5 so it is since there is a park across the street and miles of paved multi-use trail. My wife speaks English, Arabic, and some Spanish. I speak English, French, Gujrati, some Spanish and Arabic.

My wife is a writer and works from home while I am a medical specialist and run a clinics in St. Catharines, Beamsville, and in Niagara on the Lake.
