Maison

A fully renovated waterfront/pool home in Palm Beach County. The home is 1900 sq ft. (177 sq meters). We have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We have a 48” flat screen with satellite cable TV, WiFi, Fully outfitted kitchen,washer/dryer, air conditioning, Private outdoor pool, private outdoor heated Jacuzzi (5 person), large fenced in yard for pets, a large dock for fishing out back, and a 3 person canoe. Our home sits on a canal/lake that ties into 18 miles (29 kms) of navigable waterways. We are also willing to exchange cars.

Quartier

The home is located in a quiet suburb of West Palm Beach, Fl. We are within ten minutes of 7 golf courses, many restaurants, shops, movie theatres, the Wellington Mall, Wellington polo grounds, Okeeheelee Recreational Park (featuring tennis, volleyball, racquetball, Bike trails, jogging, picnic areas, canoe and boat rentals). The PGA’s 3 championship golf courses are located 20 minutes away. The town of Palm Beach and its beautiful beaches are 20 minutes to the east of us.
“CityPlace” which is our downtown area for nightlife (i.e. night clubs, restaurants, Kravitz Center theatre) is located 15 minutes to the east in downtown West Palm Beach.
Miami Beach/ South Beach is one hour and 15 minutes south of us. Orlando with Disney world, Universal, and Sea World is 2 hours and 30 minutes to the north of us.
The Florida Keys are a group of islands off the coast that are home to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. They start 2 hours to the south of us with Key Largo and finish with the beautiful Key West approx 3 hours to the south.

À propos de nous

My wife and I are high school teachers and do most of our traveling during holidays and in the summer months between June and August. My wife is fluent in Spanish as well as English. We also have a 15 year old daughter who usually travels with us. We sometimes travel with friends.

Destination

I prefer if the exchange is simultaneous, because this is our main residence. However, we can arrange a non-simultaneous if needed.
