Maison

Our home has two bedrooms on the main floor and one on the bottom level. another room on the bottom level (currently thomas the train track room) is suitable for a 4th bedroom if needed. Family room on man level is very sunny and has lot of room for everyone to sit and watch t.v or just enjoy a warm drink by the gas fire place. Bathroom upstairs has spa bath with shower. lower bathroom has sink, toliet and stand up shower. Kitchen is good size with eat in table that could seat 6. there is also a formal dinning room off the family room and kitchen. our house is ideal for people traveling with young kids. our second room up stairs has a double bed and cot and is decorated for the young ones. we have child gets at both the top and bottom of our stairwell. there is lots of toys, a highchair and boaster seats.
the main room downstairs is a true rumpus room. lots of seating, toys and t.v. the computer with internet is also in this room. however we have a wireless contection so you are free to set a lab top up up stairs. garage is attached to the house and is insulated.

Quartier

we are located very central in our town. you can walk to the main street with shops and restruants in mins. skating arena and curling club is also a short walk away. the area is very popular for its well maintained and very extensive snow mobile trails. and cross country ski trails. we are within a 1.5 hour drive to several ski hills. we are situated right on georgian bay where ice fishing is a very popular pass time during the winter months.

we are myself(chrissy), partner don and two children aroha - 4 and paddy - 1.
don is a new zealander and we are looking to head back to see family and friends this dec through to march. but we would like to do and exchange for any amount of time during this period. don is a elf empoyed land surveyor and when i am not with the kids i provide a personal chef service. we love travel and food.

Destination

we are looking to stay in the bay of plenty or waikato area.
we are open to any exchange between dec. 20 2009 and march 13 2010
