This two-bedroom, two-bath home is perched on a hill two miles from Castaic Lake. The house has air conditioning, a hot tub, a formal dining area, living room, television room, and an additional sleeping room built into the garage. Vaulted ceilings, carpeted floors, and well appointed furniture makes this the perfect getaway retreat.

Quartier

Along with providing fresh water to local communities, Castaic Lake has also remained dedicated to providing the public with a wonderful place to have fun! Whether you come to admire, relax and reflect upon the beauty, or pack in an extreme day of fun and excitement, there is something here for everybody! (See picture of the lake)

The house is also close to the Valencia Town Center for amazing shopping and your choice of delicious cuisine at a variety of restaurants that are perfect for sharing a meal with friends and family.

If entertainment is what you're looking for, check out the Santa Clarita Performing Arts Center and see a play or concert. Magic Mountain and Hurricane Harbor are also great places to visit for a day of fun. SixMagic Mountain must be one of the most aptly named parks in the world; for it is a magic place for coasters, and is built on top of a small mountain. Magic Mountain has been called the “Rambo of Amusement Parks“ and the “Xtreme Park“, due to its large collection of white-knuckle coasters. The park is also home to Hurricane Harbor Water Park, which has a separate admission charge, but there are no shortage of water rides within the park itself. Magic Mountain has one of the best selection of water rides in a park, including two flume rides.

We have been married over 40 years and have lived in California without interruption. Our kids are grown, and we enjoy traveling whenever the opportunity arises. Summers are the best time for us to travel. We are pet lovers and would happy to sit for any animals.

The vehicle we have for exchange is a Mustang Convertible.

Destination

Our primary interest is to visit the England. My wife is UK citizen and is anxious to return "home." We are available for an exchange from the first of June through the end of August.
