Beautiful new home on skiable lake located only 8 minutes from Disney World! Enjoy the Disney fireworks nightly from the master bedroom, family and media rooms! Country feel with shopping and all the central Florida attractions next door. Convenient to all central Florida attractions. Minutes from Disney World.

Home is brand new (we moved in mid-July 2009) and features master suites upstairs and down plus 2 additional bedrooms and bathrooms. 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, and 2 full/double beds. 2 bedrooms with ensuite baths plus 2 additional bathrooms. New, 60 foot lap pool in the background. Neighborhood also features a community swimming pool, tennis, basketball and playgrounds. Next door to multiple golf courses.

Quartier

Enjoy swimming, biking, tennis, running, etc. in the neighborhood. Grocery store less than 1 mile away. World-class shopping minutes away. Disney is a quick 8 minute drive away! Universal Studios (Harry Potter!) an easy 20 minute drive. Florida's Space Coast (NASA), Tampa, famed St. Petersburg beaches all within 1-1.5 hours. Miami approximately 4-4.5 hours.

We recently completed our first exchange with a family in Paris. It was a great experience and we are ready to travel again.

We are a family of 5 (John, 57, Sandy 49, Drew 17, Maggie 16, Jack 14). We are interested in a swap over the holidays - December 2011-early January 2012 to London or the vicinity as our youngest son, Jack, will be marching with his band in London's New Years Day parade January 1, 2012. We'd love to return to Australia. We own our own businesses and as a result have a flexible schedule, particularly if our swap offers good computer access (wifi).

Destination
