Maison

My first floor Geneva apartment has two bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, study area and bathroom. It has wooden floors throughout, underfloor heating, and a large balcony overlooking a park. It comes with all modern amenities (including washing machine and dishwasher), storage in the basement and a private covered parking space. There is wireless internet and cable TV. It's sunny, light with neutral decor. The shops, trams and buses are two minutes away. It's a quiet, safe neighbourhood but at the same time close to town or airport.

Quartier

Located in Servette. The apartment is on a quiet road with no through access for vehicles, so it not a rat-run in rush hour! Shops etc are 300 metres away. There is a park in front of the apartment, and plenty of other parks nearby. Access to town or the airport is easy by tram or car. The apartment is well run, with friendly neighbours and conciege. The local swimming pool is a five minute walk.

I'm a lively lady in her late thirties. I work in the humanitarian sector. I love to travel and try different scenes (hence the house swap idea!). My mother tongue is English, but I can get by in French also.

Destination

I am looking to swap my city apartment at Christmas for a place in the sun!
