My large, sunny studio is located in the Annex (nearest intersection: Bloor and Spandina), which is an eclectic neighborhood surrounding U of T, just blocks west of upscale Yorkville, and a five-minute subway down to Queen and King Street/the downtown core. It has a balcony that overlooks a quiet street full of foilage - but just half a block away is a vibrant street with an amazing selection of coffee shops, restaurants, pubs and book shops.

The studio itself is quite large and full of light. Kitchen is separate. In the summer, I keep a box of fresh herbs at the kitchen sill. I'll always keep Starbucks coffee stocked, and for shorter visits I will try to provide a loaf of fresh bread upon arrival. It is steps away from a subway station which cross-sects Toronto's two only lines (west-east and south-north), and I cannot stress how convenient this is!

I enjoy a good relationship with my neighbours and would like to keep it that way, so please, this exchange would only work with those who will be quiet and respectful of the property. In return, you can be assured I will do the same for you!

The apartment is ideal for a single traveller, a couple, or two friends (in which case, I could leave for you a reasonably comfortable inflatable cot.) It is nothing fancy, but if you need a quiet, clean place to come back to in the evenings, it should do the trick.

Oh, and the water pressure in my bath/shower is really great. Free Wi-Fi internet.
