Hello! I own a brand new home with my fiancé. We live in a newly developed 'city' about 30-45 minutes from downtown Phoenix. The east valley is beautiful, clean, and safe.
Our house has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with an open room which was a fourth bedroom option- this room is now an additional TV room that has a 40 in flat screen, very open room with curtains I've put up for privacy when needed as a fourth room for guests. For now- it is where I spend my time reading or watching movies while a game is blasting on the bigger 50 inch flat screen TV in the living room.
There are two living rooms (one is formal sitting room), two dining rooms (one is formal), open kitchen with granite countertops, huge pantry, washer/dryer and two car garage. House is fully furnished, very clean. Fenced backyard with grass and rock, charcoal grill and wood patio furniture. Beautiful desert mountain views.

Quartier

Lake Canyon is a 15 minute drive, perfect for picnicking for a day or camping. While the town of Queen Creek is still growing, there aren't many restaurants as of yet. A few authentic Mexican places, a great sushi place and of course fast food. Grocery store is right down the street from our neighborhood. I would recommend driving to Scottsdale (20-30 minutes) for great dining and local shopping! The downtown Mesa area is wonderful for shopping and dining as well and is 15 minutes or less from our home. The East Valley is huge; all of the cities run together.
We have a professional baseball team, basketball team, hockey team and football team. There are so many gorgeous golf courses here, hiking trails, ATV tours, spas, etc.
If there is any interest I would of course provide a detailed map and be more than willing to send some local brochures.

My fiance and I are both originally from Texas- I was born and raised in Austin and my fiance was born and raised in Taylor. We met in Texas and moved to Arizona a few years ago and we absolutley love it here!
We go to the lake almost every weekend, BBQ with our neighbors (who are by the way, wonderful!) We love going to watch the Diamondbacks play during baseball season, we love watching the Suns play during basketball season, we hike on Superstition Mountain, go shopping and dining in Scottsdale, etc. We mostly do a lot of entertaining at home- lots of BBQ's and dinner parties.

Destination

Dates are flexible, just let me know. I would really love to go to Savannah, New Orleans, and other historical Southern cities to start off.
Later this year or the beginning of next year I'd like to visit Italy, Greece, or England. Options are completely open!
