Maison

Rustic farm house style, constructed 2001, with all modern conveniences, in a small gated development of four houses, luxury cooks kitchen, extra large main bedroom with ensuite bath/shower room, two other double bedrooms, large elevated glazed balcony with built in gas barbecue, 24 hour on line broadband internet, private landscaped gardens, excellent views to golf course and small nature reserve to the front. The gated entrance allows secure parking and ensures a peaceful environment.

Quartier

Riviera del Sol is in the heart of the Costa del Sol situate mid way between Malaga and Marbella, one hours drive to Granada and the Sierra Nevada mountains, thirty minutes drive from Malaga international Airport and a couple of hours from Seville.

There is a large selection of shopping centres, supermarkets and malls within a ten minute drive, the choice of restaurants, bars and eateries are second to none and cater for all price ranges and tastes.

Also close by is the famous Puerto Banus with its beautiful waterfront and restaurants (home to the rich and famous or should that be infamous)

The AVE luxury high speed train runs to Madrid and Barcelona from Malaga and makes a great excursion.

À propos de nous

We are a relaxed informal semi retired professional couple with grown up children our family home is Dublin and our summer home here in the Costa del Sol one of our adult children lives quite near (available for those unexpected snags) we like to travel and seek out new exciting places to visit.
This is our first experience with home exchange and are looking forward to the opportunity to link up with like minded people.

Las Torres de Miraflores is our second home and we are happy for and encourage non simultaneous exchange.
We will consider any destination, also we can make the house available at short notice if required.

There are only two of us travelling so a smaller exchange property than ours is no issue for us
