Back half of a duplex on the Venice (California) Canals. Two bedroom (one queen bed, one queen air mattress available that fits in bedroom 2 used as office), one small bath, living area with TV, DVD/Xbox, tons of movies, kitchen with refrigerator, gas oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher. Best feature is the small deck overlooking the canals and the beautiful, clear, sunny Cali weather in October. One non-covered parking spot included with swap. Sorry, no car.

Serene Venice Canals - 6 canals with sidewalks and pedestrian bridges lining them. Beautiful gardens and amazing architecture.

4 blocks to the Pacific Ocean and Venice Beach Boardwalk. 2-4 blocks to dining, shopping, entertainment on Washington Blvd and Abbot Kinney.

Mid 30's, married couple, who has lived on the canals for over 5 years. Video game artist and yoga instructor/therapist. No kids, just and 11 year old weimeraner, Belle. We love art, movies, antiques, sailing, skiing, volleyball, travelling, wine tasting, cooking, entertaining.
