Sun, sand, scuba, golf, and gourmet food...At the best location in Playa del Carmen. Why choose between a condo and an all-inclusive resort when you can have both? Stay at our condo, and enjoy the Reef Resort (free) of RIU Place Riviera Maya using a day pass (for a fee).

Our location sets our condo apart. We are 300 meters from the sand, accessed through our private club for free. Also, you can pay a daily fee at the RIU palace for all you can eat and drink. Walk 30 minutes down our beach to an undeveloped, raw beach that spans a mile...enjoy the jungle. Or, just walk across the street to the minor Mayan ruins. Or, walk 10 minutes to Playa del Carmen's unique 5th Avenue. Playa del Carmen has some of the best international food in Mexico. Beyond Mexican and Mayan cooking, there are many Italian and French hot spots.

Our condo is a short walk from downtown, in a very quite area. It is very peaceful. We are in Playacar.

New luxury condo, in a beautiful complex. The pool is the longest in Playacar (90 meters). The tennis court is spectacular. An on-site concierge to assist with making your way around town. On-site property management. Spacious condo, with marble floors, granite counters, and top end appliances. On the golf course, across the street from the Reef Beach Club, which you can access for a fee.

Steps from small Mayan ruins. A short drive to world renowned Mayan ruins. Amazing beaches (think of the Corona Beer commercials). World class golf course. On-site security.

Why does my family love staying in this condo? The pool, the beach, fishing, snorkeling, diving, walks on the beach, Mojitos (and kiddie cocktails) on the roof deck, strong air conditioning, great water pressure in the showers, day visits to the all-inclusive resorts, the clear blue Caribean water, the warm Mayan sun, the welcoming Mayan people, and the wonderful food (Mayan, Mexican, Italian), the relaxation, the adventure outings, the safetly and cleanliness of the grounds, the

In the amazing Playacar area, adjacent to Playa del Carmen. Given our location, there is no need to rent a car. Access to beach and golf through private club. If you need a car for a day or two, you can rent one at the Reef, across the street.
Mayan ruins are near by...You will walk by small ruins daily. You can drive to the massive ruins at Coba or at Chichenitza.

Our condo project has on-site security, to ensure your safety and serenity.

My name is Sergio, and my wife is Liz. We are in our late 40's. I work for a bank. My wife is a substitute school teacher. We live 3 hours south of Chicago, in Springfield, Illinois -- home of Abraham Lincoln. Our son, Alex is 18. Our daughter, Molly, is 16. They love our trips to Mexico. The sun and the sand are our favorite things.
