Maison

The house is a 3 bed 2500 sq ft. home with the master bedroom down stairs, an office down stairs with highspeed wireless internet & upstairs is a game room with a pool table, the guest room is upstairs also with its own full bathroom. The house has a queen in the master & the guest room. It sleeps 4 but if people dont mind there is a large sectional upstairs & another in the great room down stairs. There are 3 full bathrooms so if you do have a larger party it can accomidate.
we like mountain biking, so there are 2 bikes (one mens & one womens) if you have any interest in mountain biking our wonderful trails while you are in town.
The kitchen has all your typical amenities:fridge, gas stove, oven, dishwasher & microwave. There is also a laundry room your more than welcome to use.

Our home is located in the southwest of Las Vegas. We are 15 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, 10 minutes from the Premium outlets, 25 minutes from the Hoover Dam & 20 minutes from Red Rock Canyon. Our home is in a gated upper class neighborhood, located in the Mountains Edge master plan. We have mountain views from the house. Our house is directly accross the street from our community pool, spa & BBQ area. The neighborhood is quiet and a great place to take a morning walk.

We are two young professionals in our late 20's early 30's & have no kids. We are both very neat & tidy so your home will be cared for like our own. We have great driving records so you car is in good hands. We own a cat that has her own personality and if you prefer we can leave her with friends. We are food fanatics who love to try soemwhere new & off the normal path of tourists, so if you have suggetions we are all ears. We also love many places here in Vegas that are on & off the Strip that you will enjoy without paying a ton.
