Maison

Our home is a 3 bedroom apartment located right on the beach.

It is a south facing apartment with lots of light and with a lovely marina view. It has been renovated and has new open kitchen and wooden oak floor.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, (one master bedroom, one guest bedroom and one baby room with 2 cots), 2 full bathrooms and one guest toilet.

We are keen cooks so the open kitchen is well equiped.

We also have 2 cars available for exchange (Volvo XC90 and Jeep).

Quartier

Jumeirah Beach Residence is one of the most popular places in Dubai. Long beach is just across the road. It's a great place to relax and then have lunch or coffee in one of the cafes or restaurants.

It's very convenient location, pharmacies, groceries, gift shops, banks, nails spas and massage places are just at the door step. The swimming pools are open to all residents just outside the building.

Hotels, Marina Yacht Club and Marina Shopping mall are also in the walking distance. Marina Yacht Club is one of our favourite place, we love to sitting on a deck overlooking the marina and the boats and drink a glass of nice wine…and then walk home.

We are a family of 4, Nick, myself Ester and our 7 month old twins Ella & Hannah. Nick and I have been living and working in Dubai for the last 9 + years. Nick is an insurance broker and I work in financial services.

Nick is a passionate golfer and I love horse riding and photography. We both come from different countries and we both love travelling, experiencing new countries and cultures.

Destination

We love travelling and visiting new countries. would consider swapping anywhere, so if you don’t see your country listed, please drop us an email anyways. Our Dubai home is our permanent home so the exchange would have to be simultaneous.

We also have a beautiful place in Cyprus. It's our holiday home so the exchange can be non-simultaneous and dates can be flexible. For more information, please see Ref number 23466.
