Maison

This house has a breath taking View of Lake Tahoe from the Living/Dining Room and Deck that runs the whole length of the house. Beautiful Retreat in Winter or Summer, with different Activities to choose from.

The large Master Suite is on the first floor with a Bathroom (Tub and Shower). The Kitchen has everything needed (Cooking Island, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Oven, Microwave) and a European Style Breakfast Nook. The Living room has a newly installed wood burning stove that can keep the whole house comfortably warm, with minimal efforts. There is a large Dining area if you prefer to dine more formal. The Guest room has its own Bath and there is also a powder room in the hall way, a Laundry Room off the Garage and a Barbecue in the Shed with the Wood. There is a TV in every Bedroom and a large TV in the Living Room, also wireless High Speed Internet.

The most amazing feature it the large Deck with incredible View of Lake Tahoe. It does not matter if it is Spring, Summer, Autumn or Winter, the View is unforgettable.

The house is situated in the CAVE ROCK Estates and a Car is needed to get there.

From South Shore to North Shore runs a Stateline, dividing Lake Tahoe in a California and Nevada Side. During the Summer there is plenty to sea and do, Swimming, Sailing, Canoes, Motor Boats, Cliffs, Fishing, Hiking, Biking..... because you have everything in the Lake Tahoe area, Beaches, Mountains, Wild Life, History, Ghost Town VIRGINIA CITY or old Western Town CARSON CITY, Activity, Peace and Quiet and not to forget the CASINOS!

During the Winter the choice is easier, you just have to pick you favorite Slope ... and have fun in the snow.
