Everything is within walking distance and the 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment located in the quiet and well maintained Golden Gate Community at Davis Street and Broadway. This is a perfect "City-Get-Away" offering the comfort of a home.

The Apartment was extensively remodeled, has bamboo floors, Granite Counter tops in the well organized and fully equipped kitchen with Dish Washer, Stove, Microwave, Refrigerator and and and ..... There is a sufficiently wide spiral stair leading to the upstairs bedroom, bathroom and Study (each with Balcony). Three days a week there a a very popular Farmers Market around the Ferry Building along the Emarcadero and the Ferry Building houses many shops of first class Gourmet value.
