Maison

London:
Modern Flat in Victorian red brick block in Mayfair. Secure and quiet. Two bedroomed, light, large and sunny. Almost opposite Selfridges. The flat is on the fifth floor via stairs. It is the penthouse flat , but has no lift. The flat is light and airy with full central heating. It has a fully fitted kitchen including a dishwasher and washing machine and wooden floors throughout.

Berlin:
Huge Flat in beautiful 19C building in the centre of West Berlin. High ceilings with lots of original stucco detail. Two bedrooms with large dining room and a sitting room with the original 19C artwork still on the ceiling. There is a beautiful little balcony overlooking a park and it has two bathrooms. It is on the third floor and is serviced by a lift.

Quartier

London:
In the centre of Mayfair. Just off Oxford St. W1 and almost opposite Selfridgeds. The flat is in an old Victorian block which is gated and secure. It is a little haven of quiet but still in the vibrant heart of the city.
It is 4 minutes walk to Hyde Park and Park Lane and the shops at Marble Arch are just a stones throw away.

Berlin:
The flat is in Schöneberg in the centre of West Berlin. There are lots of local friendly cafes, and restaurants in the area. The flat is three minutes walk from the great shopping on Kurfürstendamm.
Even though you are in the centre of the city and everywhere is within easy access it still has the feeling of a village and is a safe and comfortable area to explore and walk around.

À propos de nous

We are a professional male couple; One a brain surgeon and the other a director.
We share our time between London and Berlin.
We have two good natured cats who live in Berlin and love guests.
We speak German, French (a little Italian) and English.
We love travelling and are passionate about modern art an all kinds of music.

Destination

We are really flexible with dates. A non-simultaneous exchange would be fine as we have the two apartments.
We love pets (good natured ones!) and would be happy to look after them...especially cats.
