Maison

One bedroom with king size bed (274 x 259 cm), an office and two baths. Large living room with dining area that seats 6. Large kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Full laundry room with washer & dryer. 1250 sq feet (115 m²). Wireless internet access.

Our home is really set up for 2 people but we can accommodate more by putting an air bed in the office.

Quartier

Third-floor condo (with elevator) in a quiet upscale, pedestrian-friendly, residential neighborhood. Enjoy peaceful walks on tree-lined streets just minutes from all of San Diego's main attractions. Less than 1.5 km from Balboa Park, America's largest urban cultural park, home to 15 major museums, renowned performing arts venues, beautiful gardens and the San Diego Zoo. Just minutes away from downtown San Diego (Old Town, Little Italy), San Diego Bay, Seaport Village, Coronado Island, beaches, and San Diego Wild Animal Park. There are many wonderful and varied restaurants within walking distance.

This is a 40 unit condominium complex and there is a shared pool and whirlpool spa.

À propos de nous

Sali and I are retired and love to travel. We have two sons on call by phone for any problems which might develop. Our neighbor speaks fluent French and would also be available if you need any assistance. Sorry to say that we are only fluent in English.

There is one more occupant in our house, Smoke, the cat. We need to arrange an exchange with someone who will take care of him while we make friends with their pet.

Destination

We are trying to arrange two back-to-back exchanges. First about 2 to 3 (or more) weeks in Paris followed by 3 weeks in the South of France, Midi-Pyrenees or Longuedoc-Roussillon.
