Maison

Large and neat four bedroom house in a quiet street in Bondi beach, right next to popular cafes, shops and transport and 10mn walk to the beach.

The house is over two floors. 4 large bedrooms: 2 * queen bed, 1 * single bed, 1 * bunk beds. All equipped with built ins.

2 bathrooms, 1 large courtyard downstairs with BBQ and a terrace and additional balcony upstairs.
Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, Blue ray/ DVD, TIVO, broadband etc.
Car swap possible.

Quartier

Fantastic location in Bondi Beach, stroll to this fabulous beach and its cosmopolitan lifestyle.
Trendy cafes, restaurants and shops are all nearby.
Away from the hustle and bustle, a great base from where to explore Sydney
Close to buses to the city.

À propos de nous

We met in Australia after migrating there in 2001
I came from France and my wife from Colombia, we work respectively in a Bank and a museum.
We now have 3 young kids, Lola and 'the twins'. We enjoy travelling, culture, good food and water sports. We've had 3 previous successful exchanges.

Destination

We are quite open but particularly interested in the following:
- a place along the Australian eastern coast where to spend a short holiday or week ends between Nov and March
- a place in Europe / Asia for holidays between June and Sept

The Paris appartment (4383) is also available for non-simultaneous exchanges.
