3 room apartment in Merion Station, Pennsylvania. Jewish neighborhood with several synagogues in a short walking distance. The apartment is on the first floor, one master bedroom with a queen size bed, living room with a sofa bed, den with a sofa bed, 2 large walk-in closets. Kosher kitchen, family must keep Kosher. Apartment size is 973 sq. ft. Outside pool at additional charge. Beautiful neighborhood.

Quartier

Suburban neighborhood with large Jewish population with several synagogues just blocks away. Downtown Philadelphia is 15 minutes by car, bus, or train. The bus stops right near the apartment. Parks and children's playgrounds are in walking distance. This is a great location to see all that Philadelphia and Eastern Pennsylvania has to offer, from the museums and historic sites in the city to the theme parks, discount retailers, and Amish farms in the country. It is 2 hours from New York and the Jersey shore, and 3 hours to Washington D.C.

À propos de nous

The apartment is a Shabbos apartment for a young modern orthodox couple with 3 children. The family owns another house in Philadelphia's suburbs. Husband is a computer professional speaks English and Russian; wife is a CPA speaks English and Hebrew.

Destination

We would like to find an apartment in Jerusalem for one week November 22nd through November 29th 2009. We are also open to exchange cars. We have a mini-van fits 7 and an SUV fits 5.
