Maison

Single family home, built during wartime with 2 additions added on. It has 3 bedrooms. 1 queen size bed, 1 twin and 1 King. It has 3 toilets, 2 showers and 1 bathtub. There is a living room upstairs and a finished family room in the basement where the laundry is located. Quiet residential nieghbourhood 15 minutes to Niagara Falls & 1.5 hours to Toronto. 30 minutes to Niagara Wine routes. Home has cable tv and wi-fi connection, washer, dryer, dishwasher and pets that you won't have to be responsible for, however they will remain in a sectioned off area of the house, accessible from an exterior door so a friend can come and look after them. This will not interfere with your living space. There is a basketball net outside and a skateboard ramp in the large driveway. Our home is lived in but I try to keep everything clean. Kids bikes and a mini van are optional. There is an exterior deck with a barbeque and sitting area.

Quartier

This is a quiet neighbourhood in a small town of 50,000. We are centrally located within the Niagara Region. Within walking distance, you'll find 2 grocery stores, pharmacy, liquor and beer stores and coffee shops. There are public pools in a 5 minute drive. We are between 2 great lakes, Erie and Ontario so a beach is 30 minutes away. Niagara Falls is a tourist destination and is very close. Queenston Heights and Niagara on the Lake are 45 minutes away which is wine country. There are world class wineries there where historic vinyards could be toured. A day trip will cover many of the picturesque villages in southern Ontario, famous for their markets, theatres and boutiques. Also Toronto is 1.5 hours away with museums,art galleries, people watching on famous Yonge Street, Canadas Wonderland Amusement park and a must see Toronto Zoo {top 10 in the world} as well as many attractions from the CN tower and the Sky Dome. Toronto Peason airport is the closest Canadian airport, but Buffalo New York is more close.

My name is Monica. I am divorced with 3 children. All boys ages 20 - 14 - 13. They love sports and are active. We all love to surf the internet. I take in cat rescues and we are all animal lovers. We would not mind to look after your pet cat. This concept is new to me but am willing to take a chance and hopefully find another family with similar aged kids and do not mind pets.
