dark ash/oak wooden floors and very airy feeling.
It includes:
1 bedroom with doublebed
1 kitchen walnut/white framework, granite with 2 ovens and 1 hobtop, dishwasher and plenty of space for preparing breakfastnice dinners.
1 livingroom with tv, dvd, wireless internet connection
1 bathroom with bathtub
1 balcony, on the 3rd floor overlooking a beautiful classic and grand churchyard where amongst film star Greta Garbo is buried
The fresh laundry room is separated, shared with other neighbours on the bottom floor of the building

The house has 4 floors and built 1948, charming "funkis" style as we say in Sweden.

Quartier

The neighbourhood is very lush, relaxed and calm, 10 min straight to Stockholm´s royal park; Hagaparken where the crown princess Victoria and her soon-to-be prince will move in to in summer 2009. The park provides cafeterias, the butterfly house..and its perfect for exploring with bike, walk or take your morning jogging tour. You will find plenty of green areas for picknick and water to take a swim. Further down the park you´ll find tennis court (my fave spot)..and boats.

Around the block are a bakery, grocer´s store and some local restaurants, one of them is my favourite, it has a classic and modern touch serving italian/local swedish dishes.
Great communications; 10 min bus to north city "Vasastan", 10 min with local train to City Central and 30 min with airbus to the airport Arlanda.

Enjoy a beautiful swedish summer in one of Stockholms greenest and and most idyllic area Haga norra, friendly for both families, pets and as well as the romantic couple!

My name is Anna, I´m 36 and I live alone in this apartment. Normally my profession is within the learning and culture industries, but I took a break from the consulting firm Deloitte to return to language studies. I will of this reason travel to Barcelona, Spain to study an intensive course to manage professional conversation and perhaps look for new career possibilites. I have always lived a quite continental life in Stockholm as the city today is very multicultural; among my friends are indonesians, spanish and latinamericans, italians and of course swedish. I myself speak english, spanish and a little bit german!

In Stockholm I have worked with many great public festivals which are held during the summer time; like the Jazz festival, the Film festival and I can truly help you with exciting info about my personal recommendations or help you find the BEST sightseeing, restaurants, cruises, and excursions in the surroundings or in the archipelago.
