Maison

We are a gay couple with a recently built country villa on the Costa del Azahar, near Calig, 12km to the beach and 3km to the village.
The villa is set in 3 acres of fenced land and it includes a seperate self-contained guest house. There are sea and mountain views.

The guest house has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), lounge and separate kitchen/ diner, and covered terrace. There is plenty of storage. The kitchen is fully fitted and the house is fully furnished. The interiors are mordern/ neutral colours.

There is also a 15m x 4.5m saltwater swimming pool and plenty of sun terraces.

There is central heating.
We have 2 dogs which live on the land. They can be fenced into thier own grounds.

Quartier

The villa is located in a rural stting however ther are other properties nearby so it is not isolated. There are many country walks and the beaches of Benicarlo, Vinaros and Penyscola are withn a 15-20mins drive. There are 2 villages closeby, Cervera del Maestre and Calig. They are typical Spanish villages with a couple of bars and restaurants and many fiestas!

My name is Fred (British from London) and my civil partner is Joerg (German from Hamburg). We moved from London 5 years ago and had the villa built.

We run a property listing website for this area working with local estate agents. We speak English, German and basic Spanish!

We enjoy experiencing local cultures and cuisines.
