Maison

the woodbeamed house, had two double bedrooms, a large open plan living room/ kitchen and bathroom, with front and back terraces and barbeque(in season). THERE ARE FABULOUS VIEWS OF THE MOUNTAINS,and genal valley and white hill village opposite.
the apartment, which is attatched but further down the mountain, is an attractive open plan, self contained space, with bathroom, and french windows opening onto a 180degree patio,
The house and studio may be exchanged together or seperately, and are set in cork oak wood natural parkland, with garden and woodland to walk in.

Quartier

we have olive orchards on one side and cork oak on the other, and the local farmers that live in the village opposite, come occasionally to tend a handfull of sheep, goats or mules, depending upon where the best grass is, on any of there peices of land, depending on the season. we are blessed to live in a peaceful, private setting, within easy access of the local villages, and the mountain road to ronda 30mins, the coast 45mins, the river 20mins, the villages 5mins, the local pools 5 mins etc. it is a traditional spanish area, where local cuisine can be sampled in the next village, and all year around the local festivals are a wonderful spectacle.... perfect for walkers, birdwatchers, climbers and peace lovers who like to be close enough to some cultural action when desired.

we are an english / argentinian couple(42 & 43) who live a quiet life with our two rescue doggies and a rescue cat. we are a painter, sculptor, musician family of two, with grown up children and grandchildren living in argentina.
we are respectful, quiet livers who love the the natural life, and would care for your house in the same way we would hope others would care for ours.

Destination

WE ARE FLEXIBLE ABOUT EXCHANGE DATES, LENGTH OF TIME AND THEY DO NOT NECESARILY HAVE TO COINCIDE AS OUR FINCA IS IN THREE PARTS AND YOU MAY CHOOSE TO VISIT WHILEST WE ARE STILL HERE.
