Our apartment was built in november 2008 and it is a modern beautiful home.
2 bedrooms (one with a queen size bed and one with a sofa bed that sleeps two), one livingroom with cable TV,dvd & wireless high speed internet, a large kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining table with 6-8 seats. Hardwood floors in every room. The apartment is situated on the ground floor and has a big outdoor deck with a barbeque grill.

Quartier

Close to shops and a subway station (3 mins). T-centralen is only 12 minutes away by the subway.
A nice area with a view of The Globe arena from the kitchen window. Parks and outdoor swimmingpool 5 minutes away. Quiet area.

We are a swedish couple in our late 20´s. No kids. Sara works as a family therapist and Christian is a journalist. Non smokers.
We are interested in an exchange that would let us stay in New York City for a week in December-09. The dates we are interested in are around the 11th of December, give or take a couple of days. But we have a wedding to go to on the 17th and would like to combine that with a one-week-holiday.

Our apartment is available for a week anytime of the year!
