Maison

Our large, comfortable, modern home is situated on the Mooloola River and is an easy 10 minute stroll to Mooloolaba surf beach, one of many beaches on Queensland's Sunshine Coast, Australia's premier beach holiday destination. The kitchen, casual living and dining area and formal open plan lounge/dining bar areas all overlook the river.
The property has its own pontoon [dock] where you can relax, fish and enjoy the sunsets. With our wonderful climate, outdoor dining on the riverfront patio is a possibility for most of the year.
All 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans, although being on the river and so close to the ocean, the seabreezes offer a cooling effect. The house has lots of glass to maximize the wonderful views and breezes.

Quartier

Mooloolaba is part of the Sunshine Coast, a well known tourist area approximately 100 klms and a little over an hour by road north of Brisbane. As well as our beautiful beaches and coastal scenery, the hinterland, specifically the Blackall Range region 30 minutes away, also attracts visitors. "The Range" communities are known for their arts and crafts and spectacular views out to the Pacific Ocean,
Along the Mooloolaba oceanfront are many fine restaurants and outdoor cafes. The beach is patrolled by lifeguards and one of the safest in Australia.
There are 9 top class golf courses within a 25 klm radius. Opportunities exist to sail, surf, canoe, kayak, dive, river and deep sea fish. The area is home to world class attractions including Steve irwin's Australia Zoo. All information on the area can be found at www.tourismsunshinecoast.co.au

À propos de nous

We are retired business owners in our 60's. John is a car enthusiast and Lori is a golfer.
We both enjoy walking and cycling and are very keen skiers. Travel is a large part of our lives which we enjoy immensely. We are open to exchanges both in Australia and overseas. Our home is immaculate and we would keep any exchange home the same. We have exchanged once in 2008 and reference would be available if required.
