Maison

Our home is nestled in a quite neighborhood, just 40 minutes to Malibu, 20 min. to Hollywood, and freeway close to all the major California destinations. We have a beautiful, updated 4 bedrooom, 3 bath home with a huge yard and private pool with hot tub. Granite counter bathroom, big doors that open to yard, upgraded granite and marble shower. We are
a family of 4 with 2 easy to care for cats. We have swapped homes before and are would love to swap again. See pictures of our home.

Quartier

Our neighborhood is called Tarzana, it is located in the "Valley" section of Los Angeles, it is
very accessible to the freeway systems of Los Angeles, while being tucked up in the hills, away from the city. We have great restaurants near us, nice parks, and great hiking trails that go all the way to the beach. This is a very safe area, with million dollar homes.

My husband and I, with our two girls (4 and 5) did an exchange last year in Paris. We love to travel and show the girls the world. My husband is a screenwriter and I am a Realtor, and we work mostly from home. We love to play tennis, go hiking, snow skiing, golf, yoga and
lets not forget wine tasting. My husband does a pretty good job at speaking french.
