Beautiful 3 BR 2Ba home on one acre located just 5 minutes from the Historical Plaza of Santa Fe, New Mexico. The Plaza is surrounded by Museums, Galleries and wonderful Shopping.
The house has 3 Portals (covered patios) with comfortable patio furniture
Large living room with fireplace and mountain views
Large kitchen is newly redone and fully equipped with everything you''ll need
Three bedrooms
Master with four poster queen bed and full bath with shower and Jacuzzi tub
Guest room with two x-long twin sized beds
2nd full bath with shower between the guest room and guest room/office
Guest Room/Office with double sized sofa bed
Queen sized sofa bed in the living room
3 TVs, two DVD players, and stereo
Washer/dryer and secure cable modem internet
House Cleaner comes once a week.

Quartier

The house is located just 5 minutes from the center of Santa Fe. It is on one acre covered with Pinon Pine and Juniper Trees and wonderful mountain views. Hiking trails are right behind my house.
Santa Fe, at 7000 ft., is nestled in the foothills of the Sangre de Christo Mountains. It is one of the top 5 desired travel locations in the US and is your best choice to enjoy world-class art between New York and Los Angeles with over 250 galleries and 30 museums . It has many numerous cultural events which range from the Santa Fe Opera in the summer to various concerts or small musical performances. Indian Market in Aug. brings Native American Artists and Craftsman from all over the country for a large show on the Plaza. All eight Northern New Mexico Indian Pueblos are within comfortable driving distances for attending their annual Festivals and Feast Days.
For outdoor enthusiasts there are:
Indian ruins, hiking, biking, rock climbing, golf, tennis, fitness centers, horseback riding, live theater, cinemas, sightseeing, nearby whitewater river rafting, alpine & cross country skiing.
After a full day you can enjoy the exquisite Japanese-style bathhouse, Ten-Thousand Waves, only 3 miles from my house.


À propos de nous

I am a retired single Librarian who loves to travel. I have one son and daughter-in-law and two grandsons, aged 20 and 17. They live in San Diego, so I like to say I have the best of both worlds. I love hiking, reading, The Santa Fe Opera which is in a wonderful outdoor opera house with great views, museums, eating at Santa Fe's great restaurants and dropping in at gallery openings on Friday evenings.

Destination

We would like to spend from Aug. 1st to Aug 25thth (2009) in or around Rome. Then we have to be in the Veneto Region of Italy from Aug. 26th to Sept. 8, 2009 where my 17 yr. old grandson will be playing in Volleyball Tournaments.
The rest of the year I would be interested in anywhere else in Europe (Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, France, UK).
