Maison

We live a nice 65m2 appartment with 2 bedrooms and an equiped kitchen, at the 3rd floor without elevator. It's a nice modern decorated appartment in a typical early 1930 building with high rooves and wooden floor. It's quite sunny.
We have the high speed internet, an Xbox, a cable TV and DVD player, an electric piano plus 2 bikes.
We live in Dijon a Town known for its history : it used to be the capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, so there are plenty of things to visit around here, also in the whole Burgundy (Art museums, medieval buildings, cathedrals It's also famous for its wine (Vosnes Romaney, Gevrey Chambertin...) and its gastronomy.

Quartier

Our appartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood, with all the conveniencies around (boulangeries, cafés, movie theaters, car renting...). It needs walking only 10 mn to join downtown Dijon with all its touristic sites and restaurants.
There are nice landscapes around the town, like along the channel of Burgundy where you can practice wether hiking, biking or rollerskating. It's also 1h45(by train) from Paris and we live close to the train station.

I'm a teacher and writer and my friend is a graphist. We of course enjoy travelling, visiting and discovering countries. We are in our early 30's. We like arts in general (painting, sculpture, cinema, litterature), gastronomy and nature. I cook a lot and we both enjoy swimming. We are clean and respectuous people and we will take care of your home the way we take care of ours, and hope you'll do the same. I do speak english, spanish and italian.

Destination

At the moment we're looking forward to visit NYC for june-july 09 but we're open to all your propositions.
