A romantic panoramic getaway just at 5 minutes drive from beautiful Montalcino: land of the world wide famous wine Brunello, of incredible artistical medieval towns, sveet hills covered with vineyards, coreografic fields, olive groves and great panoramas on the Unesco World Heritage Orcia Valley.

Romantic and panoramic roof apartment in an ancient colonica of year 1500, located in a little country village (completely restored) at 5 minutes drive from splendid Montalcino!!

Strategical position for eno-gastronomic turism, thermal sites, horse-riding, visits in the Orcia Valley and Siena territory. Lake for fishing/beginning of not asphalted walking paths at 5 walking minutes; Sea side is just at less then 1 hour drive.

The apartment is 224 feet big, it's at 2nd and last floor (steep steps) with eastern and northern esposition. Entrance in dining room /living-kitchen with large and big ancient fireplace, big wood ancient table with 4 normal places (+ 2), sofa- bed (1,5 sleeps) and window with view on the countryside;
big romantic and panoramic bedroom with big double bed with cabin and window with view on the countryside; second bedroom with two beds, writing desk with panoramic view on the roofs.

Linen and towels included; full equiped kitchen with everything useful for for romantic dinners at home included wine glasses and candles
Ideal place both for a couple, a family holiday or a pair of couples.

Montalcino is a very lively ancient town with lots of shops, wine shops, osterie, restaurants and many shows and concerts specially in summer. Every guest will find all useful information about activities in the territory, with maps, festival calendars, etc

Horse riding, fishing, thermal baths, long not asphalted roads between the fields, vineyards, olive groves, wookds, for walking, trekking, bike, horse-riding

No pets allowed.

Quartier

Very nice neighborhood: very quiet pictoresque stone village, in the middle of famous Brunello wineyards and olive groves, white lines starting from the neighbourhood, not a turistic place but people leaving all year round

We are an italian couple without children.. We love very much our region where we normally rent a pair of apartments. We like nature, literature, history and travelling. we speak italian, english, french and german.

Destination

long term exchanges only in autumn-winter (november, december before Christmas)
