Maison

Very comfortable family home with large open plan kitchen/dining/livingroom, separate livingroom, playroom, utility, WC downstairs and 4 bedrooms, main ensuite, and bathroom upstairs. One bedroom currently used as dressing room but could accomodate campbed if required.
At the back of the house is a large south-facing deck with table and chairs. Garden is split level. There is a lovely view of surrounding hills and mature trees from here.

Quartier

Our house is located in a small enclave in the village of Delgany, close to shops, beautiful walks, beaches and surrounded by stunning scenery. The town of Greystones is a 5 minute drive away and has every amenity, including 2 beaches, gourmet restaurants, coffee shops, swimming pool, playground, supermarkets, theatre, golf courses etc.
Fabulous walks are right on your doorsep, from strolls by the sea to more energetic mountain and cliff walks.
If you tire of the wonderful scenery, Dublin city is 45 minutes away by train or bus.
Lots of other places to visit nearby including Glendalough, Wicklow National Park, Powerscourt Demesne and waterfall.

We are a couple with 2 children, a girl aged 14 and a boy aged 10.
We enjoy the outdoors, walking, reading, art, cooking, films.
My husband works as a senior technical officer in University College Dublin and I work from home as a complementary therapist.

Destination

We would like to visit Europe this July or August. We would also be open to shorter breaks within Ireland or the UK.
