Maison

Our home is situated less than a mile from the pretty white village of Monda twenty minutes inland from Marbella. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. There is satellite TV. and internet connection if you bring a laptop.
Spacious and comfortable lounge, dining room and large fully equipped kitchen. The house is surrounded by patio areas with several tables and chairs. Also available for exchange is our garden studio adjacent to the pool. This has a double bed /ensuite bathroom and small kitchen.

Quartier

Monda is a small a typical pretty white Andalucian village. It has several bars and restaurants and a perfect place for a relaxing holiday.
We have beauatiful views as we are surrounded by the Sierra de las Nieves Natural Park. We are just twenty minutes inland from Marbella and the rest of the Costa del Sol and Gibraltar, Granada and Seville are within easy reach. Olive and Almond Trees abound in this beautiful part of Andalucia it is a splendid habitat of many European birds.
Nearest airports are Malaga, Gibraltar and Granada.

We are a retired professional couple. We are experienced in home exchange and have also exchanged for narrow boats. We are very careful and respectful of other peoples' property.

We have one very well behaved dog and two cats that live outside and would be friends with you forever if you are happy to feed them.

Destination

We are always interested in the UK and would be particularly interested in a 3/4 month exchange during the summer months.
Malaga, Gibraltar and Granada airports are easily accesible.

On previous exchanges we have conveniently arranged car exchanges at the appropriate airports.

Also open to other destinations.
