Puerto Banus Nueva Andalucia Aloha Golf area superior 3 bed 3 bathroom house. Parking, swimming pool, terrace, community garden and private garden, satellite TV, air-conditioning. House built in 1985 in mature development. Ideal for quiet relaxing holiday particularly for golfers. Local courses include Aloha Golf, Los Naranjos, Las Brisas. Ryder Cup course Valderrama 20 minutes by car. Private security. Marble throughout. Working fireplace

The house will be fully prepared and cleaned ready for your arrival. All linen and towels are provided (please bring your own pool/beach towels). Front terrace has a table and 4 chairs. Back garden also has outdoor table and 4 chairs along with retractable awning to create shade in patio/garden area. The spacious lounge area is equipped with satellite SKY TV for English Channels, and DVD player. Stair gate available for children. Smokers welcome but preferred outside.

Air conditioning in all bedrooms and all have en-suite bathrooms. All have generous built-in wardrobes. Ground floor bedroom opens through floor to ceiling windows/french doors to outdoor marble terrace leading to garden. Bedroom 2 upstairs opens through floor to ceiling windows/french doors to small outdoor terrace with stunning views over golf course, Nueva Andalucia and Puerto Banus to the sea. Bedroom 3 has views to gardens and swimming pool through floor to ceiling windows/french doors.

Golfers Paradise: This property is located on the Aloha Golf Course. It is also a short distance away from Las Brisas and Los Naranjos golf courses. There are 20 golf courses in a 20 minute drive radius. This includes the famous Valderrama Golf Course, Sotogrande, the scene of a European team (captained by Seve Ballesteros) Ryder Cup victory over the United States in 1997.

Get Away From It All: If a quiet relaxing break in warm sunshine away from the hustle and bustle of life is what you want then look no further. This property is in the tranquil setting of the hills of Nueva Andalucia. It is very quiet at night. The busy port of Puerto Banus with its shopping and nightlife is 2 miles away. The enchanting traditional town of San Pedro de Alcantara is a short drive away which offers excellent restaurants offering sumptuous local dishes such as paella and a wide variety of meats and seafoods. If you prefer take a drive into the hills and explore the quaint little village of Benahavis or go further afield and visit Ronda, the ancient town that Ernest Hemingway and Orson Welles fell in love with.
