We are an absolute Waterfront building with magnificent 250 degree views . There are 2 double Bedrooms and a Drop down divan in the study
Large Lounge / Dining area , Ultra modern kitchen .Enclosed Patio dining area ,2 Bathrooms , Study/ Computer room.
We have a large heated pool and 2 heated spas /Private tennis Court /Excellent Gymnasium and Sauna .3 barbecue / Garden areas.

Quartier

The Gold Coast Queensland is a Sub Tropical zone of Eastern Australia and is the major Holiday area for Australia .The weather is 26c to 34c November / Febuary and 22c to 28c March / October ,Rainfall is mainly November / December but is warm when it rains here and its mainly late in the afternoon . There are 4 large theme parks close by [ buses to all of them ] and a great number of other sites to visit . There are magnificent Surf and Estuary beaches in the area with Mountains just 15 klm away .Excellent restaurants abound with many having 2 for 1 meal deals . Coolangata International is about 40 min away [ Shuttle buses cost $A25.00 to our door ]. Brisbane International Airport is 45min by car or 70min by Airport Train [ $A20 .00 ]
At the moment April 2009 ther are incredible discounts on Airline tickets for Australian Domestic flights [ Gold Coat Cairns $A69 .00 ]

À propos de nous

Patricia and I [ Brian ] are both retired , I was a Company Director and Pat was a School principal [ Hearing Impaired ]. We are keen Boatie's and have travelled extensively in our 44ft De Fever along the East Coast [ the weather is why we live here ] We love to travel and have had great sucess with our Exchanges . As we visit our children several times a year a Non Syncronous exchange could be possible .

Destination

Dates are flexible / non- simultaneous is possible /For France or Italy we would prefer a major city but would look at others /Hong Kong is another possibility but only Kowloon or Hong Kong central.
