Hi!
I live in a really central neighborhood downtown Montreal called Le Plateau Mont-Royal at one walking minute of Mont-Royal street and Saint-Denis street (two major Montreal commercial streets); located between two different subway stations and bus stations. The two rooms (the smaller one has a wall bed and a balcony access with big windows) are located in the back of the house which soundproofs it so you can get up late. Even if there is pretty much going on in Le Plateau, you won't be far from all the downtown action going on during the summer (including the FESTIVAL DE JAZZ DE MONTREAL or LES FRANCOFOLIES...); also located near the Lafontaine Park (often compared to Central Park).

2 bedrooms - 1 bathroom - kitchen - Flat TV screen - Wi-Fi

THERE ARE NO CATS NOR DOGS LIVING HERE BUT I HAVE NO PROBLEM IF YOU HAVE ANIMALS.

I would like to find a central place (room or appartment) in MANHATTAN, for one month (if both agree, maybe a little longer) for the month of JUNE 2009 (from the 1st to the 1st of july approxim.).

I am new to this house swaping concept but I am so excited to try it!
Also, I'm an artist-dancer :)
