3 story townhouse just a short distance from one of the most beautiful cities in the world and also short distance from the beach. Conveniently located near shops and cinemas. The first floor is a garage entrance and front door entrance. A flight of steps to the first floor where the open plan kitchen, dining room and living room are located. Cozy balcony is off the dining room area overlooking open area and street. Also on this floor is 1 bedroom which is used as an office but has a day bed. One the the 3 full bathrooms is located on this floor.
3rd floor comprises 2 bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. Main bedroom has a walk in closet.

Quartier

Conveniently located near shops and cinemas. Only approximately 20 minutes from downtown San Diego as well as about 20 minutes to the beach. Relatively quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. An open area across the road from the home can be used for walks and the stores are in walking distance as well as the closest bus stop for public transportion is just down the road.

I will be exchanging with my sisters and myself. I live here in San Diego and I am a small business owner. I own and run a small commercial Pre-school and Daycare. I am also a real estate agent as well as am involved in an international telecommunications business. So you can see I have not have much time for a holiday. In fact my 2 sisters who will be joining me live in Canada and this will be our first holiday together in a long time. We look forward to finding somewhere where we can feel comfortable and safe and we will surely take care of your place as I know you will take care of mine.

Destination

I need to be in London or the areas really close to London. The exchange would have to be simultaneous as this is where I live. Although I'm not sure if you can still have exchanges when one or the other person is still living in the home. ????
