This spacious (147m2; 1570 sq ft) double story all open loft boast spectacular views on Table Mountain and Lion’s Head. The loft is on the top floor of an early 19th century industrial building, now used for offices and residences. Close to District 6 and 5 minutes on foot to the center of Cape Town, the loft is ideal for a couple. On the upper floor you’ll find the main bedroom with bath as well as an second space with an office that can be used as second bedroom for kids or guests. On the upper floor you’ll find the main bedroom with bath as well as a second space with an office that can be used as second bedroom for kids or guests. Downstairs the living, dining and open plan kitchen area leads directly onto a large deck, overlooking the city as well as the famous Table Mountain range. The loft itself is fitted and decorated in a modern/contemporary way. The only completely closable room is a small storage with washer and drier.
We use this loft as our part time residence; hence non-simultaneous exchange is possible.

Centrally located, quick access to all parts of town while being out of it in no time.

À propos de nous

We are a couple in the late 30ies with a 2 month old baby. We work for an international humanitarian organization and change our home every couple of years. The loft in Cape Town is sort of our second home where we regularly return between assignments as well as during some of our holidays.

Destination

As this is our part time home, non-simultaneous exchange is possible. For the moment we are looking for a place in NYC for about a week sometime between mid July and mid August.
