Maison

We have a lovely three bedroom, two bath Maine farmhouse, complete with barn and separate studio (or sleeping quarters), close to the beach and harbors of Tenants Harbor and Port Clyde. Tenants Harbor is a village in the Town of St. George. Enjoy the gorgeous St. George peninsula, close to Camden and Rockland, Maine, take the ferry to Monhegan Island, kayak and swim (if you are brave). Both dog and cat friendly, this non-smoking house comes with a complete laundry, screen porch, deck, gas grill, cable tvs and internet and wireless internet access. Linens and all the accoutrements of a comfortable home provided. In addition to the main house, there is a double sleep sofa in the garden cottage that could sleep and additional two people.

Quartier

enants Harbor is a community with a year round population of approximately 2,600 people located in the Midcoast area of Maine. We are 20 minutes from Rockland where the Farnsworth Museum is located as well as many art galleries, restaurants and shops as well as the wonderful windjammer schooners; thirty minutes from Camden with all their attractions. In Port Clyde (our other village) 4 miles from our home you can take the ferry to Monhegan, dine outside, check out the Marshall Point Lighthouse, rent a kayak, and check out the sites.

Paul, part owner and designer for his contracting company engaged in building high end residential property; I am semi retired antiques dealer and para-legal. We have Rosie, our Himalayan cat, who can stay or go depending on your preference and Cody, our Lhassa Apso, who will stay with us.

We are able to do non-simultaneous exchanges in the summertime, when we stay aboard our trawler and simultaneous anytime from September to May or early June.

Destination

We are open to non-simultaneous exchanges during the summer and simultaneous any other time of the year. We live aboard our boat in the summer when most people like to come to Maine and like to travel in the Fall, Winter and Spring.
