We completed this house in Christmas 2008 as a state of the art eco freindly 3 bedroom detached house. It is a split level house looking south over the city. It is full of light and laid out to allow it to be easily used. It has great indoor and outdoor spaces and is at the end of a cul de sac making it quiet and safe with easy access to the city, walking, by buys or in the car.

Quartier

The house in the city is 15mins drive from Fota Wildlife park, 20 mins from Cobh (The port the Titanic sailed from) and 15 mins drive from Blarney Castle (famous for the Blarney Stone) and 20 mins from the airport. It is about 15 mins walk to the centre of Cork city which has cinemas, theatres, shops, churchs, cathedrals and visitors attractions to keep you interested for weeks.

Danielle and Cathal are marride for ten years and have travelled widely around the world which is evident form the artwork and objects. However we have now settled in Cork and have two wonderful children Roan 6 and Manus 3. Cathal is an Architect who runs a practise in the city and who designed this house and Danielle is an artist working as a freelance artist in Cork and showing in local, national and international galleries.
