Maison

This a lovely open 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on the third floor of a nice complex right on the water - no obstruction between you and the ocean. Condo has full kitchen, dining area and living room with beautiful view. There are 2 lanais one off living room, one off master bedroom. Walk in shower in master bath, tub in second bath. Complex has pool, Jacuzzi, shuffle board, volley ball. Tennis courts next door.

Quartier

Condo complex is in town of Kihei on the south side of the valley in Maui. This is a very central location; 15-20 minutes from airport (just other side of valley), 10 -15 minutes from Wailea (great shopping, restaurants) Convenient stores are walking distance from complex (I walk the beach to get there). Good windsurfing right from our beach. Swimming / sunbathing beach short walk (along water in either direction) Town of Kihei nice combination of locals and tourist so you can get a real feel for the island and it’s people – not just a tourist development. Good place to lay back and enjoy.

À propos de nous

Our primary residence is in Northern California. We have owned this unit for about ten years and are there at least twice a year. It is our home away from home and we love it. We are close to / just retiring from professional careers. We have one daughter who is in college (though she always joins us in Maui!). We have done a fair amount of traveling both in the US and abroad but are looking forward to doing more.

Destination

We can do non-simutaneous exchanges.

There is elevator access to our unit so wheelchairs work.
