Charming home, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Master bedroom with a king size bed and master bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a bathroom on the hallway. A lower level includes a third bedroom with 2 full size beds, bathroom, TV room and a playroom. From this level you can access a fenced backyard. On the main level are the living room, dinning room, sitting room, kitchen with breakfast area and a deck that oversees and has access to the fence backyard. We own some antiques; furniture, oil paintings, and a 16-century tapestry. We expect these to be treated as well as we do.

Quartier

Our neighborhood has lots to offer, a sprawling Pool with spacious sundeck and pool house, tennis courts, football field and numerous trails. It is very well located, close to shopping, and easy access to down town and to the University of Virginia.
