Top area of Launceston quiet & convenient to everything, bright & airy our home has air-conditioning 2 bedrooms, one upstairs attic bedroom with double bed, 1 downstairs with queen size bed. A lovely kitchen with gas top stove, electric oven
& dishwasher.
Lounge is very comfortable with tv digital, vhs, & dvd players.
With one bathroom seperate shower & corner bath & toilet .
Balconey off the kitchen with plenty of space with table & chairs & cane outdoor lounge.
Underneath a ferned shady barb-e-que area .
Also washing machine & drier downstairs with clothesline nearby.
No lawns to mow.
Long driveway ashfelted able to park several cars.
Very private with locking gates.
Our home was built in 1825 polished baltic pine boards all through, making cleaning vey easy.

Quartier

Our neibourhood is so convenient, at the same time peaceful & quiet.
With Princess Park 2 minutes walk.
So many places to walk such as the Seaport & the Gorge. Transport to East West & South of the Island available close by.
Launceston airport 15 minutes from our home to Melbourne 3/4 of an hour & Sydney 1 hour 10 minutes direct flights.
We are fortunate to have good neighbours surrounding us private but always helpful.
So many advantages living here not to mention hospitals & many beautiful old churches, cafe's & reastaurants all a short walk.

To introduce ourselves, we are Anne & Alan. Alan comes originally from the Midlands UK attending Notts University & myself from Sydney. We are retired now & able to enjoy some travel.
We have a great interest in Antiques & Collectables.
& last visited the U.K last year & would love to spend more time just relaxing.
We have no specific dates happy to fit in with anyone interested in coming to this lovely part of Australia. We believe it to be the best climate & friendliest State in Australia, having lived in many parts of the country. Easy to drive around, no great crowds, safe & easy.
