Maison

My house is located in a residential neighborhood with stunning views of the Intracoastal Waterway as well as the ocean. My house is 2 bedrooms plus a pull out couch with 3 bathrooms and an outdoor shower for comng off the beach. The unabstructed view from the bedroom door is of the ocean. The beach is pristine and the surroundings are ideal for a laid back vacation. This is my primary home so it has all of the comforts you are used to for cooking, cleaning, and relaxing.

Quartier

The condo is within walking distance of restaurants, bars, aquariums, and an amusement filled boardwalk. Downtown Riverfront Wilmington is 20 minutes away and enriched with southern charm. Play a little mini golf or see a movie all within a bike ride (bike included) on the island of Carolina Beach. The neighbors are friendly and will probably offer a beer or a burger as Southerner are known to do.

À propos de nous

I am a young professional living with my boyfriend and I love the beach and he loves the mountains, but so far only live at the beach. We try to travel as often as work will permit and are open to anything as long as we find the right people to swap with. We also have a dog, Lola, and love to bring her on our active vacations assuming we can drive there. Our friends have swapped in the past and had great success so I am hoping for the same and I know anyone who stays here will love it!

Destination

The exchange must be mutually agreed upon as this is my primary home. My dates are very flexible year round. Staying within a 8 hour drive from North Carolina is preferred for long weekend stays.
