Maison

Home is located in a neighborhood close to grocery stores, drug stores, fast food etc. I live by myself and I have three cats. You must love cats because I would leave them here when I go. You may need to rent a car or use mine. It is about 20 minutes from the strip, but stores are within walking distance. I have two bicycles you could use. The house is very spacious and comfortable! There are two master suites, each with their own private bathroom (one is upstairs and one downstairs). It is 2000 sq. ft. with an open floor plan and gameroom upstairs.
I would like to exchange for a beach house, island home, european destination, or almost anywhere. Give me a suggestion. I am very honest and trustworthy. I am not sure how long - maybe two weeks. If it works out maybe longer. I have my own business but have a great desire to travel right now and explore where I eventually want to move.

Quartier

Quiet neighborhood, working families, and retired. The house on my right is a young family with children, and the house to my left is a very nice retired couple. My house is very quiet. But honestly I think you would need a car, rent one or maybe use mine. There is a great bike path, I ride just about every day. You can see the Redrock mtns. You can use my two bikes.

I speak English and I have a flower business. I love bike riding, oil & acrylic painting. Actually the house is too big for just me - I need a change. I really like my house, I have owned it since 2001 - when it was built. But now I need a change or at least a vacation. I love the beach and beautiful plants and flowers. I would love to go somewhere where their is a beautiful cottage garden that I could maintain since that is my business and my passion. So if you have a garden you want me to take care of, that would be perfect. Also if you have cats, I could and would love to take care of them.

Destination

Dates are flexible. I would also like to visit italy and spain and any island.
I am open to offers. Also high-rise buildings - ok.
