Large 4 bedroom house in County Meath Ireland.
House is situated in Carlanstown village 5 km from Kells heritage town.
Very modern house with plasma tv, satalite television, open fire, dishwasher,microwave, large garden to rear of house, bbq area.
Large dining room to seat 6 people.
3 double bedrooms and 1 single.

Quartier

Its very peaceful neighbourhood and it is in easy reach of many tourist attractions and Dublin city centre.
We have 2 local pubs in the village of Carlanstown and 2 convienience stores.
We are close to Newgrange, Slane Castle, The Hill of Tara, Navan and Fairyhouse racecourses.
We are 5 km from the historic town of Kells.
I will provide on your arrival a welcome pack detailing all of the best places to visit while here and recommended day tours.

I am a single professional lady 35 years old and I like to travel alot.
I am very clean and tidy person and would take take very good care of your property.
I am also a non smoker.
I have done 1 home exchange already in Australia and was very pleased with the swap and arrangments.
