Maison

We are located in the leafy suburb of Elwood just 7km's from the centre of Melbourne and a few minutes walk to a popular bayside swimming beach, shops, cafes bars and restaurants.

The house itself is a two storey double fronted Edwardian that has been recently renovated. There are three bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms ( downstairs bathroom functional but still only partially renovated) two living areas with, main with french doors to rear outdoor living area, garden and BBQ.

The modern granite and timber kitchen is equipped with European appliances: double oven, gas cooktop, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, panini press etc.

The master bedroom is located downstairs with the two additional bedrooms upstairs along with a bathroom (w/shower, bath and toilet) and dedicated study/home office.

Both living areas have TV, DVD, Stereo and the fully equipped home office has cable internet access.

The house has ducted heating and cooling and is equipped with an alarm. The laundry has front loading washer and dryer.

Quartier

The house is located in a vibrant, leafy suburb close to everything. In one direction you are just minutes from the funky village atmosphere of Elwood with a number of great bars, restaurants, cafes and boutiques. At the other end of the street is the beach foreshore where you have access to a beautiful patrolled swimming beach, sporting reserves and bike paths. Also within 100m of the house is Elsternwick Park which is approximately ten acres with bike paths, playgrounds and a centrally located lake. Adjacent to the park is the Elsternwick Public 9-hole Golf Course. The house is within walking distance of all forms of public transport including buses, trains and trams.

In the neighbouring eclectic beachside suburb of St Kilda (20 minutes walk either along the beach or canal), you will be able to access many more restaurants, cafes, bars a marina, pier (with resident Fairy Penguin Colony) and Luna Park (historic amusement park with rollercoasters).

There are extensive bike paths along the adjoining foreshore and canal and both St Kilda and the city can be accessed this way. We have two adult and two children's mountain bikes for you to use.

À propos de nous

We are a family of four with a boy aged twelve who has just begun high school and a girl aged ten who is at the local primary school. Both of us work in family owned and operated businesses and have the capacity to work from home if necessary.

We have a country property on 22 acres of bushland in Mansfield Victoria just minutes from Mt Buller and the high country. We have two horses. Destination

We are particularly looking for accommodation in Bali, in our Christmas holidays. Preferred locations include Seminyak, Legian, Ubud.

We are open to a non-simultaneous exchange propositions.
