This is a flat for 3 to 5 persons. South oriented, brigh light, sane exposure.
400 meters far from the Seine side walk.
900 meters far from the beautiful Neuilly swiming pool.
250 meters from the Firts Metro Line - Pont de Neuilly Station - thats to say closed to the Louvres, Triumphal Arch ( 2 mn), The Champs Elysées (3 minutes), La Défense (2 minutes), Georges V, Franklin Roosevelt Stations ... not more than 5 minutes, or a 15 mn walk.

The appartment is at the 6 floor, very calm and secured. (2 codes).
One bedroom with large bed (1,80 x 2,00 meters ), an other optionnal bed room (bed 1,4 x 2,00 meters).
A kitchen with all commodities (howe, fridge and congelator, washing machines (kitchen + clothes), kitchen set ...) table and chairs.
A dining lounge room : TV + Radio displayed on 3 rooms, Large canapé, and 2 tables with enough chairs).
Bathing room (Shower + bath, 2 WC.
Integrated pressing.
Resumé : simple & practicle to be close to any interesting point in Paris.

Quartier

It is one of the more pleasant part of west Paris. known to be the place where you meet the stars. We love the 2 little shop-groceies (low price and good value) just down the street. You will also enjoy to be Mrs Sarkosy (The mothers ...) neighbourg ...

NB : Our neighbours are mainly Civil Servants of the City Hall and Business men & women.



À propos de nous

We all speak English and french. Our dauhgters speak also German, Spanish and Russian.

Isabelle is a Civil Servant in the culture department. She loves sports and practices Ski, swimming, and horseriding, like our daughters at a fairly good level.
Pierre is a business man, Engineer, Marketing & Finance with the experience of launching many new businesses. Formaly he was a sports man (certified Ski a nd Sailing Instructor, wide experience of competition in 5 other sports).

We enjoy all year long our properties (an other apprtment available for you to) in the Val Thorens ski resort (SAVOY) and we love staying near the ocean as we have a large ground where to camp, close to the beaches of Saint Jean de MONTS & NOIRMOUTIERS Island.

Destination

We ideally want to be 15 to 21 days ouside of France between July the 20 (departure) and August the 30 th (Return).
But, as we have two appartment (PARIS neuilly, and the second in SAVOY Val Thorens) tour correspondants could stay as long as they want (for instance 2 or 3 weeks in Paris and until 8 weeks in SAVOY ...).
Comming back from SAVOY we also could arrange a one day-night stay before your return flight.Pierre will be happy to ride you to the airport if need be.

NB : If you like camps, you can also go to the ocean side, we are owners of a large ground situated at 9 km from the seaside near Noirmoutiers Island.
