Fully furnished, cosy apartment with own entrance in a villa with garden in the centre of Varberg, around 5-10 minutes walk from the main square and the sea, in June or August. The apartment is 70 sqm – 6 beds in two rooms and a hallway, of which one room is big and open including one part with kitchen and one part with living room + a big bathroom with a small sauna. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dish washer, washing machine and dryer. The apartment has its own corner in the garden with garden furniture and possibilities for barbeque. Cabel television with Tv-set and Dvd, and internet is available.

Quartier

The Swedish seaside resort of Varberg in the summer has a lot to offer its visitors: many sandy-, grass, and cliff beaches; sailing; windsurfing; scuba-diving; deep-sea fishing, as well as lake and river fishing; bird watching; canoe paddling in the inland lakes of Varberg; golf with five golf courses; tennis; horseback riding; bicycling, with “Ginstleden” a bicycling track that runs just by the sea all along the coast; hiking and walking routes, for example in the very beautiful birch forests of Åkulla in the inland of Varberg; spa and resort activities, maybe the foremost in Sweden;the promenade by the sea with old-fashioned spa-park and restaurant from the turn of the 1900’s; a lively night-life with many events during the summer; the impressive fortress overlooking the sea, dating back to the 13th century, with an interesting museum; The second city of Sweden, Gothenburg, is only 45 minutes away.

We are three brothers and a sister in our forties and fifties, looking for an exchange from 13-26 June, for one or two weeks, or from 1-15 August, for one or two weeks. We are working with real estate, publishing; and our sister has her own company selling fashion for women. We are very conscientious and reliable; either looking for an exchange close to a major European city, or out in the country, or close to the sea in nothern or southern Europe. Though our apartment is exchanged only for the above dates, we are willing to change it for other dates throughout the year, for example may and the first ten days of june, or september and october, or december.

Destination

It can be a non-simultaneous exchange. The dates for our apartment are 13-26 June and/or 1-15 August, but we can go other dates throughout the year. For example in May and the first ten days of June, in August, Septemer, October, or in December. It could be a major city in Europe, or out in the country or close to the sea in northern or southern Europe.
