It is steps away from fabulous Smith Street and half a block from the F & G subway lines. Manhattan is under 30 minutes away.

Quartier

Carroll Gardens is the heart of Brownstone Brooklyn. It is close to Manhattan by subway or car. We have subway service on our corner. There is a park across the street (Carroll Park). It is a great area for kids. We are also immediately adjacent to Smith Street which has amazing bars and restaurants.
