Maison

Ours is a comfortable, well-kept home in a desirable area of Victoria. There are two bedrooms. livingroom, dining room, den, and bathroom on the main floor with a large recreation room and second bathroom downstairs. We have a nice garden, with a large deck overlooking the back. There is a Mac computer and two television sets.

Quartier

Our area of Victoria is called Oak Bay and is thought to be one of the best parts of town. We are only a five minute walk to the ocean and can walk to town in forty minutes. If you like the outdoors, then you will love where we live. There are many opportunities for biking, walking and golfing, and we would consider loaning our bikes and golf clubs if you are interested. Victoria is a beautiful, well-known tourist destination, with many amenities: all manner of restaurants, clubs, world-class museum, and a number of summer festivals. We are sure you would enjoy your stay here.

À propos de nous

My husband and I are an English-speaking couple in our early sixties. Owen is a retired government worker and I retired from teaching a couple of years ago, but do supply teaching to keep busy. We have two grown daughters and one grandchild, who we admit to spoiling! We enjoy golfing, jogging, walking, skiing and biking and have travelled to Europe, Mexico, The Caribbean and the United States.

Destination

I am hoping to visit Strasbourg and surrounding regions in the next year or two. We are also open to any of the other countries listed. An exchange in Nova Scotia late this summer would interest us very much.
