Maison

New home with beautiful outdoor spaces. Very friendly neighborhood. Modern interior and chef's kitchen. Master bedroom and luxury bath are on the first floor. Cable, dsl are included. Fireplace inside, firepit outside with a large patio. Gym and pool are nearby. Pictures can be seen at www.boydhomesinc.com (click on 11 Briar Patch). NOTE: we do have cats, but they have their own room in the garage, so they do not need to be in the house.

Quartier

Beautiful neighborhood in west Little Rock. Walking trails are available, pool is nearby. Many young families. Short 15 minute drive to downtown Little Rock to see the Clinton Presidential Library, several galleries, the Little Rock Zoo, and the North Little Rock attractions (minor league baseball, submarine exhibit). Fine dining as well as family dining is available within a 5 minute drive. Hiking on nearby Pinnacle Mountain is only a 20 minute drive.

Other Arkansas attractions include touring nearby Hot Springs National Park, the Oaklawn Horse Races in Hot Springs, hiking in many state and national parks, digging for diamonds in Murphreesboro, trout fishing on the White or Little Red rivers, and canoeing or kayaking on many streams and rivers.

Our home and neighborhood can be the center of your vacation destination. Arkansas is a beautiful state with lots of mountains (big hills) and great scenery.

We are a professional couple (engineer and accountant). Our family incudes a 7 yo girl and two grown children that travel with us occasionally. We are interested in any exchange of a nice home for 3-6 people. We are ok with apartments or condos. We enjoy visiting new cities but would also enjoy a countryside or waterside home. We prefer to exchange with someone in another country, but a US home would be ok if it is in the right location.

Destination

Dates and location are very flexible. Simultaneous would be preferable, but not mandatory.
